Waterfront South, Camden in the News!

The City of Camden Camden announced $36.5 million dollars in federal and state funding to improve the streets, reroute truck traffic, and reduce stormwater overflow in Waterfront South, Camden. Speaking at the November 8th press conference event, Heart of Camden Executive Director Carlos Morales said, "Monsignor Doyle's vision for the Waterfront South neighborhood was to create places to call home. What is home? Home are safe places to play, safe places to learn, quality affordable housing, a clean environment, safe and clean streets, access to the water, access to open green spaces, and finally, access to the arts... This announcement today moves us in that direction."
