Catch the Wave: Waterfront South Neighborhood Plan

The Waterfront South Community has come together to “Catch the Wave!” We are building on our positive assets and facing our challenges to create a future of opportunities for our community. The Waterfront South Neighborhood Planning process (2021-2022) created the comprehensive 10-year community development vision that identifies goals for housing, economic development, youth, greening, arts & culture, public safety, and many other important aspects of the neighborhood.
