New Housing Development

In the thriving community of Waterfront South, a wave of excitement is building as new development projects promise to reshape the residential landscape. Boasting modern design and amenities, these upcoming housing developments aim to enhance the quality of life for residents, offering a blend of contemporary living spaces and waterfront charm. Our rehabbed homes are currently priced at $125,000. First time homebuyer grants/down payment assistance programs are often available to reduce upfront costs.
