In 2025, the Heart of Camden organization is set to embark on a transformative mission to rehabilitate affordable homes, breathing new life into the housing landscape of the community. New Housing Development

In the thriving community of Waterfront South, a wave of excitement is building as new development projects promise to reshape the residential landscape. Boasting modern design and amenities, these upcoming housing developments aim to enhance the quality of life for residents, offering a blend of contemporary living spaces and waterfront charm. With a focus on sustainable practices and community engagement, the developers are striving to create not just housing but a vibrant and inclusive neighborhood. Our rehabbed homes are currently priced at $125,000. First time homebuyer grants/down payment assistance programs are often available to reduce upfront costs.

  • Average around 1,750 square feet
